As they continue to grow, they’re looking for an ambitious Regional Business Manager to take ownership of the sales team and drive continued success.

This isn’t simply about managing a region - it's about developing people, building lasting customer partnerships, and creating a culture of success within a business that's committed to innovation and excellence whilst making a genuine difference to patient care.

Responsibilities: Establish a commercial plan in order to deliver and exceed annual sales targets with ongoing monitoring and review of delivery against the plan.

Leading and creating a high performance culture where the regional sales team exceed goals and expectations.

Allocate spending and control of Regional budget to maximise value for the company.

Ensuring clinical support if effectively deployed to support regional priorities.

Facilitating and promoting effective team work to ensure the whole company deliver business priorities.

Effective performance management in line with company standards and procedures.

Ensuring lots of time in the field to maximise coaching potential.

Participating in management meetings to share best practise, as well as participating and leading projects within management teams.

Contribute, present and facilitate at National Conferences.

Identify emerging KOLs and enhance relationships with existing KOLs to ensure the business is recognised as a valued business leader.

Requirements: A successful track record in sales / market access in medical devices in the local markets Demonstrable experience managing a sales or market access team Ability to interpret and analyse sales data into strategic plans - result orientated to deliver and exceed targets Proven coaching and leadership skills Strong relationship-building and influencing skills Commercial awareness, resilience and a genuine passion for improving patient outcomes Full valid driving licence Eligibility documentation to work in the UKIf you’re looking for a role where your commercial expertise, relationship-building skills and ambition can make a genuine difference, we’d love to hear from you.
