A cutting-edge and rapidly expanding medical technology company is developing advanced imaging solutions designed to enhance surgical precision and decision-making in the operating room. With a strong focus on innovation and clinical impact, the organisation is bringing a novel platform to market and is entering an early commercial phase, offering significant long-term growth opportunities as it expands across the UK and internationally.
The role will focus on supporting broader market adoption of the company's surgical imaging platform within hospital environments, working closely with surgeons, OR teams, clinical stakeholders, procurement, and hospital decision-makers. The position combines clinical applications, upstream market development, customer success, market access, and product commercialization, helping develop the value proposition across different hospital departments while feeding market and customer insights back into R&D and commercial teams. The role will also support distributor enablement, sales training, workflow optimization, and future go-to-market strategy development.
The role reports directly to CEO. Remote role with required travel, currently mainly to London hospitals and sites in UK.
Requirements:- Strong experience in medical devices within clinical applications, field support, or customer-facing roles
- Strong operating room exposure and experience supporting surgeons and OR teams
- Experience with surgical imaging, visualisation, laparoscopy, endoscopy, navigation, robotics, or similar technologies
- Commercially minded, relationship-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UK and internationally
- UK-based, ideally within reach of London hospitals
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus
