Our client is a leading provider of services to the NHS, operating 52 partnership units that together provide regular treatment to NHS patients in the UK and are part of a global company treating over 300,000 patients worldwide. Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Lead Renal Nurse to join their team.
Key responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Business Unit Managers to ensure commercial and clinical alignment.
- Support the Therapy Specialists to achieve KPI’s and objectives.
- Contribute to the overall strategic plan, tactics and KPI’s.
- Support in the production and maintenance of training and educational materials.
- Fulfil all clinical and product education and training requirements in line with account plans and objectives for the portfolio.
To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria:
- Renal Nursing Experience ideally in-home care.
- Ideally experienced working in a commercial setting.
- Registered General Nurse.
- Current NMC/NMBI registration.
- Driving licence.
