Overview

In this role you will provide expert clinical and product support for complex joint replacement procedures across the Northwest. You will build and nurture long-term relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and theatre teams while delivering training and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll work with the commercial team to drive revenue and expand the joint reconstruction portfolio, representing the company as a trusted partner. This is a high-impact territory role in a growing business that values clinical excellence and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide expert clinical and product support during joint replacement and complex reconstruction procedures
  • Build strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams and key NHS stakeholders
  • Deliver product, clinical and procedural training to customers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the territory
  • Grow existing accounts and maximise key customer relationships
  • Collaborate with the wider commercial team to drive revenue and meet sales targets
  • Use clinical and product expertise to support surgeons throughout the customer journey
  • Represent the company as a trusted partner and promote the joint reconstruction portfolio

Key requirements

  • Current Clinical Specialist, Orthopaedic Sales Specialist or Sales Representative with strong joint replacement/product knowledge
  • Proven theatre-based support experience in orthopaedics
  • Strong understanding of joint reconstruction and replacement
  • Established relationships with orthopaedic surgeons and NHS stakeholders
  • Confident in delivering clinical and product training
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated and ambitious to impact a growing territory
  • Full UK driving licence
