Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver targeted inside sales campaigns to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.
- Manage high-volume, lower-value sales opportunities, nurturing prospects and supporting overall sales funnel growth.
- Work closely with marketing and field sales to ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer engagement across channels.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Identify and engage decision-makers, specifiers, contractors, and stakeholders across mental health and custodial sectors.
CRM & Data Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records (Salesforce), enriching contact data and cleansing existing records.
Performance Monitoring
- Track and report on campaign performance, conversion rates, and data quality improvements to optimise sales activity.
About You
- Confident communicator with excellent phone and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and data management tools.
- Strong understanding of lead qualification, sales funnel management, and pipeline building.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of or interest in the mental health or custodial sectors is desirable but not essential.
