Our client, a medical device and consumables company, is expanding its commercial team and seeking an experienced, commercially driven Territory Manager to lead a high-potential region across the South West and South Wales. This is a strong opportunity for a proven medical sales professional to manage a diverse portfolio spanning capital equipment and consumables, supporting key clinical areas such as neurosurgery, ICU, and ENT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive medical device sales growth across the South West & South Wales territory
  • Develop new business and identify sales opportunities within NHS and private hospitals
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts, building long-term clinical relationships
  • Deliver product demonstrations, training, and clinical support to healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate with internal teams on tenders, pricing, and account strategy

Requirements

  • Minimum 4+ years' experience in medical device sales
