Main Purpose of Role
The Business Manager is responsible for driving sales growth and increasing market share for a portfolio across renal and oncology therapy areas. The role focuses on developing relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders the acute settings to support patient adoption model.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and increase market share by securing new accounts and expanding the existing catheter pouch portfolio footprint.
- Develop, execute, and review data-driven territory plans aligned with wider business objectives and NHS Integrated Care System priorities.
- Engage with community and acute healthcare professionals to drive patient adoption through strategic referral pathways.
- Partner with internal sales and marketing leadership while maintaining accurate pipelines and performance metrics within CRM systems (HubSpot).
Requirements:
- Proven track record of exceeding targets in a medical/healthcare sales role, specifically selling medical consumables to healthcare professionals.
- Strong understanding of NHS structures, stakeholder landscapes, and account development strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and autonomous territory management skills, backed by proficiency in HubSpot CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Experience in renal dialysis, IV oncology, or patient pathway-driven sales models; a life sciences/business degree or a clinical background.
- Full UK driving license and fluency in English.
