Our client manufactures the leading range of implants required by patients post bone resection or complex revision surgery. Their products are at the forefront of medical innovation, revolutionising surgical orthopaedic care and improving patient outcomes worldwide. Our client is now recruiting for a Business Development Manager, based in South West England, who is experienced in complex orthopaedic reconstruction. This is a highly technical role, partnering with KOLs to grow the portfolio presence and improve patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop expert portfolio and procedural knowledge in this complex area of orthopaedics
- Build robust partnerships with KOLs built on trust and first class support
- Drive awareness and portfolio usage across the SW KOL network
- Craft bespoke sales strategies to support customers and patients
- Develop effective product workshops/ demonstrations which add significant value
Experience
- 3-5 years of surgical orthopaedic reconstruction sales experience
- Proven track record in business development success with both new and existing customers
- Understanding of surgical revision orthopaedic procedures
- Developed network of reconstruction orthopaedic KOLs
- Proven experience in key account management, including business administrative procedures
- Presentation skills with modern presentation media
- Accessible to Bristol, Bath and Exeter
- Full valid driving licence
- Eligibility documentation to work in the UK
