Our client has been designing and working in surgical orthopaedics for over 40 years. Ongoing investment in joint designs has led to this company having some of the top-rated joints in the reconstruction market.
We have been tasked with identifying and recruiting a Territory Manager who will cover the territory of South London, Surrey, Sussex. The ideal candidates should be proactive, dynamic and well-organised by nature and combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mindset.
Key responsibilities:- Report to the National Sales Manager.
- Overall responsibility for the financial output of the region, providing monthly reports and forecasting.
- Collaboration with Marketing and Sales leadership in the creation and implementation of a region-specific sales strategy.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key hospital stakeholders attending and supporting in surgical cases.
- Natural ability to leverage key stakeholder relationships to gain access to decision-makers.
- Ability to manage customer requirements effectively, and where appropriate improve and increase the scope of the product offering they are utilising.
- Excellent track record in theatre sales and support in the medical sector.
- Education to degree level within life science or business-related discipline.
- Demonstrable track record of sales success within Orthopaedics, ideally with hip and knee replacement/trauma sales experience.
- Proven ability to influence high-level purchasing decisions and manage relationships effectively.
- Willingness and drive to work autonomously, with clean DL.
