Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven track record in account management and new business development.
  • Experience working with NHS and private hospitals, including procurement and senior management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage margins, pricing, and P&L.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Degree-level education (Life Sciences preferred but not essential).
  • Passionate about innovation, patient outcomes, and building long-term customer partnerships.

The role will cover approximately 50% of the UK, with the territory defined as either the North or South depending on the candidate’s location.

Why Apply?

This is a rare opportunity to advance your career within a dynamic and supportive environment that values both clinical expertise and commercial excellence.
