Global Executive Search Consultant | Medical Devices & Health Tech
Our client is a well-established UK-based manufacturer, committed to protecting the safety and dignity of patients and the professionals who care for them. We are searching on their behalf for a Product Manager to join a growing team focused on supporting both UK and international markets. Based primarily at the organisation’s surgical manufacturing and R&D site in Nottinghamshire the position will take ownership of the Women’s Health and Laparoscopic portfolio.
Main Duties:
- Full product lifecycle management for assigned medical device portfolio
- Develop marketing strategies and tactical plans for UK and international markets
- Create differentiated messaging and content across various formats (collateral, videos, blogs, web, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform strategy
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the medical or healthcare sector (marketing, sales, or transferable roles)
- Strong understanding of the NHS and UK healthcare system; international market experience advantageous
- CIM qualification or equivalent marketing experience preferred
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20%, UK and internationally)
- Able to work at least 2 day per week onsite in Nottinghamshire Region
