Responsibilities- Building positive relationships with customers by teaching, training and providing technical support to all surgeons and theatre staff on the use of the products, delivering first‑class customer service.
- Gathering valuable customer feedback on products for continuous product improvements whilst observing market trends in the spinal technology field.
- Supporting the achievement of sales targets.
- Promoting the business and attending any relevant events.
- Completing all administrative tasks in line with company policy.
- MUST have surgical spinal experience, clinically or commercially.
