Responsibilities
  • Building positive relationships with customers by teaching, training and providing technical support to all surgeons and theatre staff on the use of the products, delivering first‑class customer service.
  • Gathering valuable customer feedback on products for continuous product improvements whilst observing market trends in the spinal technology field.
  • Supporting the achievement of sales targets.
  • Promoting the business and attending any relevant events.
  • Completing all administrative tasks in line with company policy.
Experience
  • MUST have surgical spinal experience, clinically or commercially.
  • Proven experience at building good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated, passionate, driven, problem‑solver and team player.
  • Full valid driving licence.
  • Eligibility documentation to work in the UK.
