They are looking for a Key Account Manager to lead on the UK Long Term Care strategy and support distributors through strategic initiatives and cross selling activities. This top performing region forms part of a team that are very established and who are commercially creative and tenacious in their approach.
Key responsibilities:
- To strengthen the position of the business in the Long-Term Care market.
- Responsible for developing and implementing market focused business plans to generate sales and growth.
- Achieving sales & margin targets.
- Achieving individual KPIβs.
- Establishing and managing relationships with key customers, professionals, internal and external stakeholders, and to specifically grow the Vernacare business with new & existing customers.
- Applying own specialist product knowledge, skills and attitude to a consolidated level of selling ensuring key selling messages are communicated at every opportunity and provide a solution focused sell.
