We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing field sales team within the surgical orthopaedics space. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for delivering sales growth, building strong clinical relationships, and ensuring excellence across the region covering Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk, Essex, North London, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of field-based sales representatives across the region
- Drive sales performance against targets within the orthopaedic surgical portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinical teams, and key stakeholders
- Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with company strategy
