Our client is a highly innovative and rapidly growing company in the field of neuromodulation. The product that the company develops and sells is an implantable device that provides significant relief to patients with chronic pain.

Great opportunity suits an experienced Clinical Specialist from the Medical Devices industry or a nurse, ODP, Physio looking to move into the industry. This is a maternity cover position with a temporary contract for up to 18 months.

Role Requirements
  • Providing advice and support for implant procedures.
  • Serves as the primary contact person for clinical support including, but not limited to troubleshooting, programming, and patient follow-up.
  • Working with other related personnel (e.g., sales, clinical, research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.
  • Typically attends and may oversee surgeries/implants in a clinical setting including labs and operating rooms of hospital accounts.
  • Travel 50-100% depending on relative locations of customers, including hospitals, operating rooms, clinics, and surgical centres. Nationwide travel on occasion required with emphasis on the North UK.
  • Ideal location: Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield or Western M62 area.
Skills and Knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree or clinical background or any equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and influence relationships.
  • Analytical skills, including statistical analysis.
  • PC skills necessary (MS Office/Excel) and experience with sales force automation tools a plus.
  • Experience in a consultative sales role is a plus.
  • CS experience and/or patient interaction experience preferable.
