The business is experiencing significant global growth and expanding into new regional markets. In this context, a strategic need has arisen for a Clinical Sales Specialist to cover Hertfordshire.The ideal candidate should be autonomous, proactive, and highly self-motivated. The Surgical Solutions Manager will aim to improve service provision and efficiency within the existing customer base, fostering long-lasting relationships with clients in the region.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop and implement a region-specific sales strategy.Provide technical advice and training on the safe and effective use of the company\’s products to customers.Meet or exceed sales targets by independently presenting and selling products and services to healthcare providers.Maintain accurate records of customer activity in the company\’s CRM system, including usage, purchasing protocols, and competitor activity, in collaboration with the Account Manager.Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the product range and related medical disciplines.Provide technical training and support to medical personnel as needed.Follow through on customer requests and commitments.Develop relationships with key clinical and non-clinical decision-makers.Adhere to the company\’s quality policies and procedures regarding complaint handling, product returns, samples, and other areas.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Assist customers with stock and equipment management, including inventory, loan kits, and ordering patterns.Liaise with colleagues across the company to maximize cross-business opportunities within key accounts.Candidate Profile:Previous experience with medical devices in the surgical orthopaedic field.Willingness and ability to travel up to 75%.
