Clinical Specialist – Neurosurgery & Surgical Care

Territory: London, Sussex & Hampshire (primarily within M25)

As a Clinical Specialist , you will play a vital role in training and supporting healthcare professionals , ensuring the effective use of cutting-edge surgical solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide in-theatre and ward-based clinical training to surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to drive product adoption and ensure excellent post-sale support.
  • Deliver hands-on training and educational workshops to develop product understanding.
  • Support clinical evaluations and assist with product trials in key hospital accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals across the territory.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Background in nursing, healthcare, or a related clinical field (experience in surgical or critical care settings is a plus).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to educate and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience in clinical training, medical sales, or customer-facing healthcare roles is desirable.
