Our client is an innovative and fast-growing company that specialises in the fields of AI-based SaaS imaging solutions, which support clinicians to improve their workflow, make better and faster decisions and ultimately improve patients' healthcare. With their disruptive technology, the company is expanding within the European Market and is currently looking for driven Sales Professionals to establish and grow the company’s presence across NHS hospitals.
This is a senior, hands-on commercial role with responsibility for building the UK market from an early stage. You will develop relationships with key clinical stakeholders, drive adoption of advanced imaging software solutions, and navigate complex hospital procurement environments. The role offers significant autonomy and visibility, working closely with the C-level and senior leadership team to shape the UK commercial strategy.
Key responsibilities- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the UK market
- Identify and secure new hospital partnerships across NHS trusts
- Build relationships with clinical stakeholders including radiology, neurology, and interventional teams
- Navigate hospital procurement processes and long sales cycles
- Establish reference sites and key opinion leader relationships
- Collaborate closely with clinical, technical, and executive teams
- Proven experience in medical device or SaMD sales
- Strong track record selling into NHS hospitals
- Experience building a territory from the ground up
- Ability to navigate complex procurement processes and multi-stakeholder environments
