Due to internal progression, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to oversee the South Central region. This strategic sales position focuses on expanding the company’s infectious disease diagnostics portfolio - particularly rapid, near‑patient molecular testing - across NHS hospitals, community healthcare settings, and private providers.

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans across NHS and private healthcare sectors.
  • Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for the rapid diagnostics portfolio.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams including market access, marketing, and sales.
  • Lead and manage regional projects, ensuring timely delivery and execution.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, demand planning, and performance reporting.

Degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Strong experience in diagnostics or medical devices sales (preferred).

Solid understanding of the UK healthcare system, including NHS and private sector pathways.

Confident presenter with strong planning and prioritisation skills.
