Selling tailored healthcare services allows you to foster meaningful, consultative relationships with clients, moving beyond on-time transactions to long-term partnerships. They are now looking to grow their team by adding a new Business Development Head to the team to grow offerings throughout the West Midlands region (Bristol, Oxford, Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool).

Key responsibilities:
- Execute strategic plans, hitting and exceeding targets.
- Identify and evaluate new development opportunities, market trends and present to gain leadership support; activating new centre activity and development.
- Managing CMR systems and regularly updated to wider team on business development.
- Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.
- Support commercial, marketing and referral engagement activities to help drive business.
Experience:
- Medical device sales experience.
- Strong target-based sales performance; strategic with proven tactical delivery.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills.
- Proven ability to make good decisions, using good judgement.
- Evenings and weekends will occasionally be required.
- Full valid driving license.
- Eligibility documentation to work in the UK.
