Our client runs an online healthcare service with two connected sides. The first offers fast, private ADHD assessments to the general public, an alternative to the NHS, where the current waiting list is around 700,000 people facing waits of three to five years. Patients are assessed by video call and can be diagnosed and medicated within a week. The second side trains healthcare professionals (nurses, pharmacists, GPs, psychiatrists) and some educators to diagnose and treat ADHD and, more recently, autism, through paid certification courses. The business has delivered around 2,000 of these courses in the past 18 months and has over 300 Trustpilot reviews. Demand is strong and growing, backed by roughly £40,000 GBP a month in combined ad spend and a steady stream of inbound leads (177 in the most recent 7 day period alone).
This is a Setter role with closing built in, and it is an ideal next step for a Setter ready to start closing their own deals rather than just booking them for someone else. There is no separate Setter and Closer function here, so day to day the role covers the full cycle: working inbound leads across two pipelines (assessments and training courses) from first contact all the way through to close, primarily by phone, WhatsApp and email. Every lead you work is one you also close, so it is genuine, repeated closing experience from day one.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Work two live pipelines in HubSpot (ADHD/autism assessment bookings and training course/bundle sales), calling and following up on inbound leads and closing them yourself.
- Work the CRM stage by stage (new lead, first call attempt, second call attempt, awaiting/considering payment, invoice, closed), since many leads only convert weeks or months after first contact.
- Spot and act on upsell opportunities within assessment conversations (autism assessments, therapy packages, and the full course bundle).
- Join daily team meetings and training sessions.
- Sit in on live weekend training courses run on Zoom and sell add on courses or the full bundle directly to attendees during the session (a strong plus, not a strict requirement).
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- You'll be a great fit if you are currently setting appointments and are hungry to start closing your own deals, rather than an established, high earning closer looking for a lateral move.
- Are comfortable being fully or mostly commission driven while building that track record.
- Can confidently manage a CRM pipeline (HubSpot or equivalent) without leads going cold.
- Are available UK hours, 9am to 6pm, with flexibility for occasional calls outside those hours when a lead needs it.
- Are based in the UK, or on a closely aligned timezone (Spain, Portugal and the US have all worked before).
- Are diligent with follow up, since leads here often only convert weeks or months after first contact.
OUTCOMES & KPIS
- Minimum of 1 course sale and 1 assessment sale per day.
- Target of around 150 dials a day.
COMPENSATION
- BASE / DRAW: Commission only (no base).
- COMMISSION: 5% of cash collected in GBP, across both assessment sales and course/bundle sales. Rising to 7.5% above 50k cash collected.
ON TRACK EARNINGS
Total: approximately $5,000 to $6,000 USD/month.
POTENTIAL EARNINGS
The previous top performer collected £60,000 to £70,000 GBP a month in cash collected. Working the pipeline fully, including upsells and the weekend course selling opportunity, opens the door to significantly more.
TIME & LOCATION
Remote. UK hours, 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, with flexibility expected for occasional evening or weekend calls when a lead is close to paying. Weekend availability for live course selling is a bonus, not mandatory.
WHY THIS ROLE
A genuine, structured path from setting into closing, with every lead you work taken all the way through to the sale rather than handed off. Uncapped, commission only earnings tied directly to effort in a business with strong, proven lead flow. One of the largest training providers in its space, with a clear path to higher ticket offers (ADHD coaching, autism assessments, therapy packages) opening up for whoever proves themselves first. Given the sensitive health information handled in this role, successful candidates will be asked to complete a basic DBS check as part of onboarding.
