We're looking for a dedicated Control Room Operator to join our team at our remote monitoring centre in Blackburn. This is a permanent position offering a structured 4 on / 4 off shift pattern covering both day and night shifts. What You Will Be Doing
- Managing controlled access to client sites using advanced Video Management Systems
- Monitoring and responding to electronic alarm signals promptly and professionally

- Producing clear, accurate, and timely written reports
- Working within a disciplined team environment with a focus on security and service excellence

- A valid SIA CCTV License (Level 2 in CCTV Operations) - Essential
- Must be 18 years or older - Essential
- Prior experience in CCTV monitoring and a fast-paced environment

- The ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations
- A self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently
- A flexible approach to shifts (including nights and weekends)
