As a Single Gifts Campaign Executive at Guide Dogs, you'll support thedelivery of Single Gifts campaigns across acquisition and supporterdevelopment, ensuring activity is delivered on time, within budget, and to ahigh standard. You'll play a key role in managing processes, working with internaland external stakeholders, and supporting continuous improvement throughreporting and analysis. The Single Gifts Campaign Executive will be an expertin administration, organisation, stakeholder management, and balancingcompeting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Our Single Gifts CampaignExecutives play a huge part in ensuring everything we do enables us to deliveron our purpose and exceed expectations.

For this role you'll be working 35 hours per week, worked 9am - 5pm,Monday to Friday. We are looking for you to attend the office at least 1 dayper week including each Thursday for a team day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the delivery of campaigns and loyalty activity,delivering on time, to budget and maximising response and value. Circulateartwork and content for approval and put together feedback for subsequentrounds. Raise purchase orders and manage invoices.
  • Manage the delivery of the loyalty communications, to timeand on budget, making and implementing recommendations for improving the schemeand processes.
  • Maintain up to date and accurate files for all campaigns toenable historic tracking of the performance of each campaign to inform forfuture activity.
  • Undertake post campaign analysis, producing wrap up reportsand making recommendations for campaign improvement.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure quality work is delivered,within the defined schedule and at a competitive cost.
  • Work with the Online team and External Lottery Manager toensure regularly updated content on the Cash and Raffle sites.
  • Work with other Guide Dogs teams to ensure the smoothdelivery of Single Gifts activity, and to promote the team positively withinthe organisation.
  • Manage general queries from internal departments, supportersand members of the public on the Cash and Raffle scheme.

You’ll act with integrity and honesty in everything you do.

Skills and Competencies

  • Educated to GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths orequivalent (QCF level 2 / SQCF level 5).
  • Proven experience of working in a busy environment with asuccessful track record of delivering against competing priorities.
  • Proven administration experience.
  • Experience of effectively working with a number of differentteams and/or suppliers.
  • An understanding of administrative systems.
  • Demonstrable understanding of direct marketing principlesand techniques.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word andPowerPoint.
