As a Committed Giving Administrator at Guide Dogs, you’ll play a keyrole in supporting the delivery of our Committed Giving products and supporterjourneys through effective administration, coordination and engagementactivities. Working across a variety of channels including social media, directmail and email, you’ll help ensure an excellent supporter experience whilemaintaining compliance with policies and procedures. The Committed GivingAdministrator will be an expert in administration, supporter engagement, CRMdatabase management, record keeping and multi-channel campaign support. OurCommitted Giving Administrators play a huge part in ensuring everything we don enables us to deliver on our purpose and exceed expectations.
This is a 9‑month fixed‑term contract position, working 21 hours perweek on a hybrid basis. There is flexibility to work these hours across Mondayto Friday, with the successful candidate required to attend the office one dayper week.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out social media tasks on a daily basis includingadministering Sponsor a Puppy Facebook groups; responding to queries raised;and improving engagement across social media platforms.
- Fulfil lottery processes, including updating weekly winnerson website; weekly compliance checks and monthly submissions for GamblingCommission.
- Support Committed Giving Retention Team with campaigns asrequired, including Pupdate visits and interviews, proofing, copywriting, andother administration duties.
- Facilitate stock procurement for Committed Giving products,accurately monitoring stock levels and responding to any stock‑related queries.
- Manage day to day relationship with external fulfilmenthouse, liaising with inhouse teams to resolve any queries/issues andfacilitating fulfilment invoices in a timely manner.
- Work with Supporter Experience Team to resolve anyqueries/issues relating to Committed giving products including supporting withcomplaints.
- Keep on top of electronic filing and record management,including using a Customer Relation Management (CRM) database system.

Skills and Competencies
- Educated to GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths orequivalent (QCF level 2 / SQCF level 5).
- Proven experience of administration in a busy environment.
- Previous exposure to working in a busy environment, with avariety of tasks to deliver within Service Level Agreements.
- A demonstratable understanding of administrative systems.
- Good attention to detail, highly literate with strongcreative skills.
- An excellent standard of grammar and spelling and ability toproofread and make corrections.
- Proficient use of Microsoft software including standardpackages.
- Accurate data entry skills.
