About Guidde

Guidde is an AI digital adoption platform that serves as the creation and consumption hub for modern organizations. Founded in 2020 by seasoned entrepreneurs, we use generative AI to transform workflows into rich, multi-format documentation in minutes. Our platform helps teams scale knowledge across employees, customers, and even AI systems, turning everyday processes into instant, in-app video guides that live where work actually happens. More than 5,000 organizations worldwide, from fast-growing startups to Fortune 500 enterprises, rely on Guidde to reduce support load, accelerate onboarding, and make knowledge accessible on demand.

We're also launching an exciting new product — a category-defining offering, sold at a meaningfully higher ACV than our traditional product, that will fundamentally change how enterprises create, manage, and scale their process documentation. This is a rare opportunity to help take a transformative new product to market and unlock massive value for some of the largest organizations in the world. We're building the future of how knowledge is created, shared, and experienced.

The Ideal “Guidder” is like our platform - clear, impactful, and focused on delivering value. We blend a startup environment with sports team principles - strategic in planning, collaborative in execution, and obsessed with customer wins. We value doers who listen more than they talk and who show up ready to play their best game. Ready to make your mark on our roster? Go Guidde!

If you are someone who builds trust and wins big — a relationship-first enterprise hunter who knows that patience, judgment, and consistent execution is a winning formula for landing and growing new logos — then your place is with us!

What will you do?

  • Win new enterprise business - Drive a full-cycle, net-new sales motion targeting enterprise organizations (3,000+ employees), with deal sizes ranging $100K–$300K ACV, from prospecting and qualification through executive alignment and close.
  • Build your book of business over time - Every logo you close becomes part of your growing portfolio; you own the strategy for how that book compounds quarter over quarter.
  • Build relationships that compound - Invest early in the champions, economic buyers, and executives inside each account; the trust you build at the point of sale is what unlocks future expansion.
  • Manage your book for expansion - Stay close to the accounts you land, monitor usage and business impact, and proactively surface upsell and cross-sell opportunities as customer needs grow.
  • Navigate complex stakeholder environments - Run structured sales processes across users, champions, economic buyers, and executives, including security, legal, and procurement.
  • Partner cross-functionally - Work closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales Ops, and Leadership to ensure smooth handoffs, strong onboarding, and coordinated account strategy as your book matures.
  • Operate in PLG-influenced deals - Convert product usage and inbound interest into structured commercial agreements, bridging the gap between bottoms-up adoption and top-down executive buy-in.
  • Maintain pipeline and forecast discipline - Build and manage a healthy new business pipeline, forecast accurately, and balance new logo acquisition with the long-term health of your growing book.

What will you need to have?

  • Enterprise SaaS new business closing experience - 5–6+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying closing experience in commercial and enterprise SaaS sales — not just general business experience — with a strong track record of closing net-new logos in Mid-Market and Enterprise segments.
  • A hunter mentality with a relationship-builder's touch - Proven ability to prospect and win new accounts while building the kind of trust that turns a first deal into a growing, long-term relationship.
  • Complex deal experience - Proven ability to close deals involving multiple stakeholders, legal, security, and procurement processes.
  • Executive-level selling experience - Track record selling to and building trust with senior technical and security executives — CIO, VP of L&D and similar buyers — reflecting the elevated ACV and strategic nature of this offering.
  • PLG motion familiarity - Comfort navigating environments where users and economic buyers differ, converting adoption into structured commercial outcomes.
  • Autonomy and judgment - Strong ability to operate independently, prioritize thoughtfully, and manage a growing portfolio of accounts without micromanagement.
  • Communication and collaboration - Clear, direct communicator who works well across Customer Success, Product, and Sales functions and earns trust as a reliable partner.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience selling AI-powered or AI-native solutions, and speaking credibly to AI-driven value with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Experience owning both new business and expansion revenue within the same book of accounts.
  • Background at a scaling SaaS company during a period of significant growth.
  • Experience selling into and managing accounts in the 2,000–10,000+ employee range.
  • Experience working in a fully remote role.

This is a fully remote position based in the United Kingdom, and the candidate must be based in the UK by their start date. We are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.
