We're looking for Recruitment Coordinators to join our onsite recruitment team supporting a key client during a peak recruitment campaign onsite in Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, providing great customer service and being part of a fast-paced team during one of the busiest recruitment periods of the year.
What You'll Be Doing
- Welcoming candidates and conducting face-to-face registrations
- Checking right-to-work documents and ensuring compliance processes are completed
- Contacting candidates by phone and email
- Conducting candidate screening calls
- Sending registration, onboarding and induction information
- Updating recruitment systems and Excel spreadsheets
- Supporting the recruitment team with high-volume hiring activity
- Helping ensure candidates are ready to start work quickly and efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Enjoy talking to people and are confident on the phone
- Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Can manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Are comfortable using email, Microsoft Office and basic Excel spreadsheets
- Deliver excellent customer service and enjoy helping others
- Experience in recruitment would be beneficial but not essential
Working Pattern
This is a full-time, office-based role and you'll be working onsite 37.5 hours a week in Milton Keynes. We are looking for people who are flexible to work the following patterns:
- Monday to Friday
- Sunday to Thursday
- Tuesday to Saturday
Working hours are generally between 8am - 5pm.
