Location: Broughton

The Role

Are you passionate about delivering top-tier recruitment solutions? Do you thrive on providing exceptional service to clients while ensuring candidate satisfaction? If so, we want you to join our dynamic team. We need a proactive, consultative recruiter to deliver the best talent across the Guidant customer portfolio. To drive fulfilment and provide service excellence to our customers by embracing a promised based culture. You will manage the recruitment life cycle across client accounts and build strong, long-standing relationships with our Customers, Candidates and External Partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a quality, highly engaging and consultative recruitment service to clients in-line with the requirements of the client and company.
  • Prepare and facilitate the ongoing attraction, selection and recruitment of suitably skilled candidates, ensuring optimum levels of workers are available to meet the client needs.
  • Be focused on achieving recruitment delivery in line with client KPI's and SLA's.
  • Screen, interview, assess candidates in-line with the company and client standards where applicable, ensuring a detailed understanding of their job and career requirements.
  • Proactively arrange interviews, ensuring full candidate and client briefing/de-briefing takes place with constructive feedback provided.

About You:

  • Experienced Recruitment Partner.
  • A minimum of 2 years in direct sourcing.
  • Stakeholder and supplier management.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional Communication.
  • Previous experience in recruiting for either Defence & Space or the Aviation Production/Manufacturing sectors would be deemed advantageous.
