We're looking for a Talent Engagement Partner to join our Talent Engagement team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

About the Role

As a Talent Engagement Partner, you'll play a vital role in supporting candidates through the onboarding journey, ensuring they are fully compliant and ready to start work with our clients. You'll manage a variety of pre-employment checks including references, Right to Work verification and other compliance requirements, while providing an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing candidate onboarding activities from offer acceptance through to start date.
  • Processing and reviewing pre-employment screening and compliance checks.
  • Conducting Right to Work verification activities.
  • Liaising with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitoring onboarding progress and proactively resolving issues.
  • Managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Supporting colleagues across the wider Talent Engagement team as required.
  • Delivering a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage.

What we're ideally looking For

  • Recruitment, HR administration or recruitment operations.
  • Onboarding, compliance, vetting or screening.
  • Customer service, contact centre or candidate-facing environments.
  • Managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working accurately with excellent attention to detail.
  • Great communication skills in writing, over the phone and comfortable on video calls.
  • Team player who enjoys supporting colleagues.
  • Organised, detail orientated and has a proactive approach.

This role is predominantly home-based, with occasional attendance at the Fareham/Whiteley office for training, collaboration and team meetings.
