Do you get a buzz from filling roles and delivering results? We're looking for a driven and proactive Talent Resourcing Partner with recruitment experience to join our growing team. This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of delivery and fulfilment from briefing through to hire.
Working closely with hiring managers, recruitment colleagues, and supply partners, you'll play a key role in identifying, attracting, and securing talent across a variety of contract vacancies. You'll be passionate about candidate experience and enjoy building strong relationships while delivering against tight timelines.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing contract vacancies and driving recruitment activity to achieve successful outcomes.
- Direct sourcing candidates through a variety of attraction channels.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Supporting contingent workforce and contractor recruitment activity.
- Working with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide market insight.
- Screening and assessing candidates to ensure quality shortlists.
- Managing the candidate journey from application through to onboarding.
- Collaborating with suppliers and recruitment partners to ensure delivery against agreed service levels.
- Supporting recruitment campaigns, assessment centres, and talent attraction initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within an MSP, agency, talent acquisition or in-house environment.
- Recruiting contractors, contingent workers, or project-based resources would be highly advantageous.
- Understanding of direct sourcing methodologies and candidate attraction strategies.
- Exposure to technology, digital, project related recruitment would be beneficial.
- Someone who is adaptable, resilient, and enjoys managing multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A delivery-focused mindset with the determination to make things happen.
- Must be eligible and willing to secure and hold DV clearance.
