Guidant Global | Hybrid | Midlands Area with regular travel to visit client locations

We're looking for a proactive and customer focused Talent Resourcing Partner to join our team supporting one of our largest client programmes.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as the key link between clients, candidates, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring the right talent is supplied at the right time.
  • Manage the fulfilment of high-volume recruitment across multiple locations.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular weekly onsite client visits to understand workforce needs and identify opportunities.
  • Partner with sourcing and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth recruitment journey.
  • Regular contact with candidates, updating availability and managing performance.
  • Monitor fulfilment activity, talent pipelines and workforce availability.
  • Work closely with suppliers to ensure service levels are achieved.
  • Support seasonal recruitment campaigns and peak trading periods.
  • Contribute ideas to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
