About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Performance Analyst to join our high-performing Performance and Insights Team. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. You will play a key part in developing data visualisation products, surfacing trends, and influencing data strategy across the department. If you have a passion for data throughout its lifecycle from capture to analysis to visualisation and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver reporting and visualisation solutions using leading BI tools.
  • Develop data visualisation products that make information accessible and highlight trends across datasets.
  • Identify and surface insights to enable evidence-based decisions by senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with partners to integrate key datasets, develop KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
  • Drive improvements in data governance, quality, and modelling.
  • Lead on upskilling team members in data visualisation and insight development.

Essential Skills

  • Significant experience with Qlik Sense (primary tool) and Power BI for developing dashboards and visualisations.
  • Proven ability to create insights and visualisations for diverse audiences, including senior management.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS & Azure).
  • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting decision-making forums with data-driven insights.
  • Ability to mentor and support colleagues in data visualisation and analysis.
