Join a leading UK defence organisation as a Supplier Onboarding & Risk Analyst in a high-performing Procurement Excellence team supporting a globally recognised defence organisation. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in supplier onboarding, vendor due diligence, procurement operations, supplier governance, compliance, risk management or third-party/vendor management.
Working closely with Procurement, Compliance and Finance teams, you'll play a key role in:
- Conducting supplier and vendor due diligence checks using third-party risk tools
- Reviewing supplier information and recommending onboarding decisions
- Supporting end-to-end supplier onboarding activities
- Maintaining accurate supplier master data and records
- Liaising with Procurement, Compliance, Finance and business stakeholders
- Producing KPI reports, dashboards and management information
- Supporting supplier governance and risk management activities
- Assisting with continuous improvement of onboarding processes
Skills & Experience
- Experience in supplier onboarding, vendor onboarding or supplier governance
- Knowledge of KYC, supplier due diligence or compliance processes
- Experience managing supplier or vendor data
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- High attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
Desirable Experience
- Procurement or supply chain environment
- Third-party risk management (TPRM)
- Defence, aerospace or regulated industry experience
- Ivalua, SAP, ISO 9001 knowledge, ISO 37001 knowledge
