Guidant Global is partnering with a trusted UK Ministry of Defence organisation to recruit a Personnel Security & Vetting Officer to support the end-to-end management of UKSV and BPSS clearance activity.
This role sits within a busy security function and plays a key part in ensuring people, data and programmes remain secure.
- Liaising with UK Security Vetting (UKSV) and external agencies
- Maintaining accurate vetting records in line with HMG policy
- Supporting ongoing personnel security aftercare and risk management
- Working closely with recruitment, HR and security stakeholders
- Experience supporting personnel security or vetting processes
- Strong understanding of handling sensitive personal and security data
- Eligible to obtain and maintain BPSS / National Security Vetting
- Recruitment or onboarding experience in secure environments
Security Clearance: As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by our clients Security Team.
