What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving operational and financial performance across supply chain activities. Responsibilities include:
- Supporting Operational Planning (OP) activities in collaboration with central finance teams
- Monitoring and reporting on budgets, resources, and performance across operational teams
- Leading and coordinating the resource management network across Supply Chain Operations, working closely with HR and Finance
- Producing insightful analysis and decision-making materials on resource strategy (including workforce planning, attrition, and diversity)
- Contributing to make vs. buy strategies and wider competitiveness improvement projects
