Join Our Team as a Social Worker / Senior Practitioner - Stoke On Trent

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

Pay: Up to £33.30 per hour (umbrella)

Location: Staffordshire

Your Role

  • Complete statutory Child & Family Assessments
  • Manage a caseload of Children in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children
  • Develop, implement, and review care and support plans
  • Lead and contribute to multi-agency and safeguarding meetings
  • Assess risk and ensure timely, effective interventions
  • Support and mentor colleagues (Senior Practitioner level)
  • Prepare reports and undertake court work when required
  • Work closely with children, adolescents, families, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes
