About the Opportunity
Guidant Global is partnering with Airbus Helicopters to recruit experienced B1 Licensed Engineers to support critical rotorcraft maintenance operations across multiple UK sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a diverse fleet of Airbus helicopters in a high-performing, safety-focused environment, where your expertise will directly contribute to keeping aircraft mission-ready and operational.
What You'll Be Doing
- Certifying maintenance and repair work on Airbus rotorcraft (including AS350, AS355, EC135, EC145 and more)
- Carrying out scheduled and unscheduled inspections in line with regulatory standards
- Performing maintenance across airframe, powerplant, mechanical and electrical systems
- Supervising and certifying the work of maintenance fitters
- Supporting hangar operations, including aircraft movement and general upkeep
- Ensuring full compliance with UK CAA regulations (Part 145, Part M)
What We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with candidates who bring both technical expertise and a collaborative mindset:
- Essential
- Part 66 B1.3 Licence (Turbine Rotorcraft)
- Strong knowledge of engine and airframe systems
- Experience working in aircraft maintenance environments (ideally rotary)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Desirable
- Rotary-wing aircraft experience
- Type ratings (training can be provided for the right candidate)
We also welcome applications from engineers currently working towards their B1.3 licence with strong hands-on experience.
Working Pattern & Environment
40 hours per week, typically between 07:00 - 19:00
Potential shift pattern: 7 days on / 7 days off
Occasional UK travel to support operational needs
Security & Compliance
Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for: BPSS and SC clearance, DBS checks, Compliance with ITAR and export regulations.
