Subcontract Controller / Offload Controller (SAP) Defence Manufacturing Stevenage | £40.00/hr Umbrella (Inside IR35) | Hybrid, 2-3 Days Onsite Join a leading UK defence organisation supporting critical Test Equipment programmes. You'll manage supplier delivery schedules, keep SAP data accurate, and coordinate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement and Quality to keep production on track. What you'll be doing: Release and manage work in SAP, keeping delivery forecasts accurate and up to date Coordinate offload requirements with external suppliers to hit delivery milestones Act as the link between Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality and vendors Maintain data accuracy and support KPI/inventory reporting Work with Goods Receiving, Stores and Dispatch to resolve queries and paperwork Support non-conformance management and continuous improvement initiatives What you'll need: Solid hands-on SAP experience Planning, scheduling or coordination background in manufacturing, logistics or supply chain Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple functions Experience with KPI reporting and data accuracy Quality/non-conformance management experience A continuous improvement mindset What's on offer: £40.00/hr Umbrella (Inside IR35) Genuine potential for extension or permanent conversion Hybrid working 2-3 days onsite at our client's Stevenage HQ Onsite gym, coffee shop, excellent transport links What happens now?
