Our respected client, a long-standing partner of the UK Ministry of Defence, is currently seeking an Occupational Health (OH) Admin Support professional. This position primarily focuses on OH administration (approximately 80%), including management of the Cohort occupational health database, generating statistical reports, and supporting the OH Manager and wider OH team with document filing and Excel-based tracking. The role may occasionally require travel to the Stevenage site for document scanning.
Requirements
- Self‑motivated and proactive individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Essential
- Minimum educational requirement: A-levels and 5 GCSEs (grades A‑C); a degree or BTEC in Business Administration is Desirable
- Proven experience in customer service and administrative or secretarial roles - Essential/Desirable
