The UK's trusted Ministry of Defence partner, our client is seeking an experienced Construction & Facilities Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex infrastructure projects. This role focuses on driving cost, quality, and performance outcomes while ensuring minimal disruption to operations. You will play a key role in delivering high-impact projects and maintaining efficient, business-critical facilities services across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional project teams, managing both internal stakeholders and external partners from design through to final delivery
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of new infrastructure and improvement projects
  • Deliver projects across the client's South East sites, including Stevenage, Henlow, Thurleigh, and London
  • Manage project portfolios ranging from £50k to £5M+ in value
  • Apply strong project and programme management expertise to drive successful outcomes
  • Utilise problem-solving skills to navigate complex challenges and risks
  • Engage and collaborate directly with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery excellence
