About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Support Officer to join in a key administrative role that helps keep services running smoothly behind the scenes. Responsibilities
- Upload and maintain Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) within the Resource Allocation System database through a web-based portal.
- Accurately record results, track updates, and maintain supporting databases for moderation and review processes.
- Identify, flag, and escalate data outliers, discrepancies, or uncertainties for further investigation and validation.
- Support moderation activities by supplying accurate data and assisting with retrospective database updates where required.
- Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance while handling sensitive educational and healthcare information.
Requirements
- Strong administrative and data entry skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
