  • Build and maintain ergonomic action plans aligned to industrial strategy and future evolutions.
  • Influence product and process design using design-for-manufacture and user-centred design principles.
  • Support ergonomic risk reduction through technical, organisational and training solutions.
  • Ensure ergonomics is embedded in tooling, equipment and machine supplier specifications.
  • Contribute to outsourced ergonomics work packages, including supplier engagement and validation.
  • Maintain the local Ergonomics Tactical Implementation Plan and support cross-site initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with Health & Safety representatives and operational stakeholders.
  • Monitor and apply relevant UK and international regulations, standards and scientific developments.

What we're looking for

  • Effective communication skills, with the confidence to influence stakeholders and advocate for end-user needs.
  • The ability to work autonomously while knowing when to seek support.

Desirable:

  • Previous experience in an industrial or manufacturing engineering environment.
