What You\\\’ll Be DoingAs a Social Worker / Senior Practitioner within Children\\\’s Services, you will play a key role in safeguarding and improving outcomes for children and adolescents. Your responsibilities will include:

Undertaking statutory Child & Family Assessments

Managing a caseload of Children in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children

Developing, implementing, and reviewing care and support plans

Leading and contributing to multi-agency meetings and safeguarding processes

Assessing risk and ensuring timely interventions

Supporting and mentoring less experienced social workers (Senior Practitioner level)

Preparing reports and completing court work when required

Working collaboratively with families, partner agencies, and internal teams

Qualified Social Worker (Social Work England registered)

Experience working within Children\\\’s Services
