Children's Social Worker - Family Safeguarding (8 Vacancies!)

Locations: Rawtenstall, Pendle, Lancaster, Fleetwood, Chorley, Skelmersdale, Preston, Accrington

Pay Rate: Up to Β£36.00 per hour (Umbrella)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00

Interviews: TBC

About the Role

We're looking for passionate and experienced Children's Social Workers to join Family Safeguarding teams across Lancashire. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of children and families while working within a supportive and collaborative environment. You'll be part of a dynamic team that focuses on early intervention, family preservation, and safeguarding children - helping families achieve stability and safety.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a permanent post within a Local Authority
  • Must not have held a permanent or fixed-term position within the last 12 weeks
  • Strong communication, assessment, and report-writing skills
  • Ability to work effectively with families and multi-agency partners
