Salary: £32.00/hr

Working Pattern: 37.5 hrs per week

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of risk, identifying risk, and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Safeguarding Adults knowledge and ability to manage and identify risks
  • Ability to complete needs assessments
  • Support planning skills to commission care and support
  • Knowledge and experience of the Care Act
  • Knowledge and experience of the Mental Capacity Act
  • Able to attend and chair a range of meetings related to the social worker role
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload
  • Degree in Social Work or equivalent qualification
  • Prior Social Work experience
  • Minimum 1 year in a similar role
  • Registered with Social Work England

Special Requirements

  • Ability to work remotely from home
  • Must be a car user, able to travel across the East Locality Area
  • Should live within a reasonable commuting distance to complete face-to-face assessments
