Helpdesk Administrator(Part time) Only on Sat – Sun(Weekend working), 15 hours per week
Shift Timings: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 11:00 AM–7:00 PM. Flexibility to work either shift is required, as timings may change after a few weeks.
Pay Rate – £13.85 per hour, PAYE

The estates consists of retained sites throughout the area including Sandwell Health Campus and City Health Campus as well as the new Midland Metropolitan University Hospital (MMUH) which is a new facility incorporates high level of modern services and technology both in terms of healthcare delivery and building management.
The contract also covers a number of community based properties delivering healthcare services.
Equans are working closely in partnership with the Trust to ensure all facility are maintained to a good quality and able to provide a sustainable service to the area not only in respect to healthcare provision but also providing a diverse value to the local community.
Due to the wide range of services and systems installed within the building the role requires a wide range of skills and flexible nature but also provides the opportunity to work in a very rewarding environment with continued opportunity for learning and development.

This role will be critical in ensuring customer service requests and faults across the estates are captured correctly, whilst minimising any H&S risks.
This is a key role supporting the contract with a variety of both customer focused and administrative tasks required to deliver a high-quality service.
You will be working closely with the Technical, performance and management team to help deliver effective and efficient day to day operations.
You will also work closely with wider business partners and external sub-contractors.

Helpdesk cover to be provided on site for extended periods including weekends and nights which will require working shifts.
- Flexible working required including Day, Night and Weekend shifts (will also include some bank holidays).
Experienced in data inputting and telephone systems, the Helpdesk Operator is required to demonstrate excellent communication techniques, confidence and patience.
The post holder will be processing requests from key customers and carrying out general helpdesk and administration duties.
Crucial member of the team to help deliver effective and efficient day to day operations.
Management of job flow to include receipt of calls, logging, assignment to relevant engineer or sub-contractor, scheduling and chasing of attendance and review and closure of all jobs.
- First point of contact for incoming telephone calls and service requests received by telephone and e-mail.
- Liaise with Contract Managers and Supervisors to effectively deal with subcontractor/supplier invoicing queries escalating issues where necessary to Management team.
- Processing Contractor Labor.
- Escalate any complaints as required and support continuous improvement activity to reduce levels of customer complaints.
- Promote customer feedback and surveys.
- Good interpersonal skills & telephone manner.
- Word processing, Mail sorting and delivery, Statutory Document collation and distribution, data input and filing both hardcopy and electronically.
- Undertake any other relevant duties as required by the contract.
- Support the Operations team & Senior Managers on individual projects as required.
- Strong IT skills including full range of Microsoft applications (Office, Word, Excel).
• DBS Requirement
This role includes a DBS Standard check therefore ability to pass is essential.
