We are now looking for an experienced, customer-focused Site Supervisor to join us on a manned customer site in Highbridge, supporting a mixed fleet of materials handling equipment.
About the Role
As a Site Supervisor (without staff responsibility), you will be the first point of contact for our customer on‑site, ensuring equipment is maintained to the highest standard and service levels are consistently achieved. This is a hands‑on technical role, ideal for an engineer with strong electrical skills and experience working independently in a customer‑facing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventative maintenance and repair work on a range of materials handling and ancillary equipment
- Complete accurate service reports, timesheets and associated paperwork
- Manage and control on‑site parts stock
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure expectations are met in line with contract commitments
- Liaise closely with the After Sales team to provide updates on repair times and ETAs
- Support customer review meetings when required
- Identify follow‑up work and ensure chargeable tasks are completed promptly
- Promote Jungheinrich products and act as a positive Company Ambassador
- Ensure full compliance with all company and customer health and safety standards
