Site Engineer Location: Doncaster About the Role We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our service team in Doncaster, responsible for the repair and preventative maintenance of materials handling and ancillary equipment. This is a varied, customer-facing role where you'll be a key technical representative on site, ensuring equipment reliability and excellent service delivery. You'll also support the Area Service Manager, acting as a first point of contact for defined support activities within the service team and helping to maintain strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Carry out preventative maintenance on materials handling and ancillary equipment Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently and safely Accurately complete service reports and timesheets Manage and control parts stock on site Build effective customer relationships through clear communication, ensuring expectations are met in line with contractual agreements Liaise closely with the After Sales Office to provide customers with accurate repair updates and ETAs Identify and communicate chargeable follow-up work, completing it in a timely manner Ensure all company and customer health
