Are you an experienced Electrical Test Technician with strong fault finding skills and a background in regulated manufacturing or defence environments?
Were supporting a long established UK defence organisation working on mission critical programmes. This role involves hands on electrical testing, certification and fault diagnosis of complex electronic products in line with strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical testing of electronic equipment and assemblies
- Test setup, equipment use and calibration awareness
- Fault finding and basic rectification at equipment level
- Accurate completion of test records and documentation
- Working to defined workmanship, safety and quality procedures
Essential Experience & Qualifications
- Completed Level 3 Apprenticeship in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
or
- Level 3 Engineering qualification (ONC/BTEC) with relevant NVQ Level 3
- Proven electrical test experience (mid to senior level)
- ESD awareness and manual handling knowledge
- No colour blindness
