Hybrid Working - Office location Birmingham
Looking for a candidate who can work with their own initiative and work with minimal supervision whilst meeting deadlines. Strong communication skills and experience in a similar role is a must. This role will allow the candidate to gain valuable knowledge and experience in managing Public Sector Frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure monthly Framework reports are submitted in a timely manner
- Ensure Framework invoices are paid to meet the payment due date
- Query invoice values
- Track progress of projects
- Collating data/information
- Registering new suppliers on to system
- Maintaining and updating Framework records
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Archiving paper based records
Knowledge/Skills/Experience
- Excel and Word
- Framework Portals, able to navigate and demonstrate to colleagues features the Portal offers
- Framework administration - uploading certificates to remain compliant (insurance)
- Able to multitask
- Manage and hit reporting deadlines
- Act as central point of contact between internal (TDC) and Framework personnel
- Persistency - chasing outstanding report
- Construction or public sector experience would be beneficial
