We are supporting a leading UK defence organisation in hiring a Senior Construction Project Manager to deliver high-value infrastructure projects across secure UK sites. This is a client-side role, giving you ownership from concept through to delivery—no day-to-day site firefighting, but full control of programme, stakeholders, and outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver complex construction & FM projects (£50k-£5M+) across multiple sites
  • Manage consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams
  • Lead projects through full lifecycle (design – delivery – handover)
  • Drive cost, quality, and programme performance
  • Engage directly with senior stakeholders across the business

What we're looking for:

  • Must have:
  • Experience delivering construction or facilities projects
  • Strong contractor & stakeholder management
  • Knowledge of RIBA stages / construction lifecycle
  • Confident leading multi-disciplinary project teams
  • Nice to have:
  • Defence / MOD / regulated environment experience
  • HNC / Degree in Construction or FM
